Covid-19 Statement

Due to the current Covid-19 pandemic and in line with Government guidelines, Electric Wheels continues to trade.

To ensure the safety of our customers, staff, and the general public we continue to implement a number of Covid-19 safety measures in keeping with the Governments’ Hands, Face, Space initiative.

Hands: Hand sanitiser will be used regularly and always used before delivery and/or customer interaction.

Face: Face masks will be worn as determined by Government guidelines.

Space: Social distancing of two metres will always be adhered to.

For customers awaiting vehicle delivery. Vehicles will be sanitised before they leave us. Your delivery driver will wear fresh disposable gloves when loading and unloading, along with wearing a mask where appropriate. However, as an extra precaution, we recommend that vehicles remain untouched for 72-hours from the point of delivery.

For customers visiting Electric Wheels. We accept customers by appointment only. This applies to both maintenance and vehicle demonstrations. Our staff will be abiding to the Governments’ Hands, Face, Space initiative at all times. We ask that all customers do the same. Keeping hands well sanitised, wearing masks where appropriate and the standard 2 metres for social distancing.

Please feel rest assured that all demonstrations will take place outside in the open.
